Une société étrangère du nom de Private Diamond Club Ltd ( aucun lien avec la nôtre ) s'est accaparée frauduleusement notre nom commercial en 2009 ainsi que le nom de domaine private-diamond-club.net.

Cette société a été dissoute en Novembre 2010. Elle n'existe plus depuis plus d'un an mais des mentions figurent encore sur des pages d'indexation de GOOGLE. Pour éviter toute confusion, nous attirons l'attention de notre aimable clientèle sur le fait qu'aucun lien n'a jamais existé entre cette société dissoute PDC LTD et notre société, Private Diamond Club Bvba d'Anvers, qui est Joaillier Bijoutier en ligne ( commercialisant des bagues diamant, des boucles d'oreilles diamants, des bagues de fianÇailles, des alliances, des pendentifs et des bracelets ) .

The Commercial name « Private Diamond Club » is an international registered name belonging to our Belgian company Private Diamond Club Bvba.

We discovered that a company named Private Diamond Club Ltd was incorporated with total perfidy since Mars 2009 and was using our domain name ( .net ) without any right to do so.

This PDC Ltd company is now dissolved since more than one year ( November 2010 ) and consequently does not exist anymore. Some mentions regarding this dissolved company are sometimes still appearing on indexed pages of Google. In order to avoid any confusion, we are drawing your attention that absolutely no links were existing between PDC Ltd and our Belgian company in Antwerp, Private Diamond Club Bvba, which is an online fine jeweler (selling diamond rings, diamond earrings, engagement rings, wedding rings, pendants and necklaces).
